Protect your Inbox with Screening Automation

What is Screening Automation?

Screening automation is your email gatekeeper that automatically moves messages from first-time or unknown senders into a separate Review Later folder. Instead of allowing anyone and everyone to reach you, set up Screening to whitelist senders.

Think of it as your Inbox's waiting room – new contacts stay there until you're ready to deal with them.

Your Inbox Is Your Sanctuary: Guard It Like One

It’s become too easy for junk, cold, or automated emails from unknown senders to flood your inbox and steal your focus. With Screening Automation, you decide who gets in.

The simple truth is that not everyone deserves instant access to your attention or immediate response from you.

Email is not a messaging protocol. It’s a TODO list. Or at least my inbox is a TODO list and email is the protocol for putting stuff on it. Here’s the problem. It is a s**tty TODO list. Any one of you can put something on my TODO list. And I don’t want that.

It's time to reclaim email for what it was meant to be: a powerful tool for meaningful communication, not a digital dumping ground. Reclaim your sanity with Screening.

How it works?

When a new email arrives, our system runs following checks:

  1. Check if you've ever sent an email to this sender
  2. See if your inbox has existing emails from this sender
  3. Verify if any of your custom labels contain emails from this sender

If yes to any of the checks, the email is allowed to reach your inbox. If no, the email is moved to the Review Later folder for you to decide its importance.

Mark contacts as trusted directly in our app, or simply by moving their email to your inbox. Future emails from trusted contacts will skip the screening.

Build your trusted network organically – one verified contact at a time.
